I’ve been a physiotherapist for two and a half decades, and my mission has always been to empower people to help themselves. I designed Pocket Physio® because I wanted a tool that anyone could use—anywhere, anytime—without fuss. Too often, tools are too harsh, ineffective, not precise enough, bulky, noisy, or only work in one position or one area of the body. As a result, most gadgets end up in a drawer. I wanted to create something people actually value and carry with them—like lip balm or tissues—ready the moment you need it. Pocket Physio® was built to be different: simple, precise, and convenient. My hope is that it helps you find those small resets that make a big difference in your daily life.
