I’ve been using the Pocket Physio and honestly, I love this little device! I carry so much tightness in my shoulders and jaw when I’m stressed, and it’s been amazing for helping release all that tension. It’s super lightweight, easy to use, and now I don't go anywhere without it :)

It does what it says, definitely can release knots and tense areas. It's quite hard to hold in some tricky to reach places , a T-bar handle would be helpful.

As a physiotherapist the pocket Physio is a valuable tool in my daily practice. I use it to provide pain relief to my clients but more importantly it allows me to teach my clients how to self manage their pain. It’s easy and convenient to use and very effective in reducing pain.

When I first got the Pocket Physio, the first turn on, lowest level setting was not that impressive... but then I kept holding down the ^ up key and the power level ramped up to beyond what i thought such a little tool could deliver. It packs a deep strong vibration that can get into deep tissue and release your trigger points. Great price for the power!

I"ve been a skydiver for more than 30 years. I coach skydivers and tunnel flyers to develop there skills in formation flying. To participate and coach in this sport you need a certain level of fitness and flexibility. This is where I have found the Pocket Physio to help. In the past I have used a massage gun to help relieve muscle tightness, but that has only helped with releasing tension in the larger muscle groups, and when I'm travelling it is too bulky to take with me, and not very discrete. The Pocket Physion has been very effective to use on my neck and shoulders, especially high up near my skull. This is where I feel alot of restriction after I have been flying for a long time in the wind tunnel. I've also found it helpful to regularly use on my lower back. It givesme relief after running or a weekend of skydiving. Other areas where I have always had probelsm are my ITBs and hamstrings. I use the Pocket Phjysio to do spot releases while watching TV or reading a book. It is some much easier than rolling on a foam roller, and I can carry it in my handbag or pocket.

The Pocket Physio is what it says it is.You can keep it in your handbag or in a pocket. If somewhere is hurting you you can use it on the area to release that tight muscle and bring some relief.
Am learning how much more i can do with it - It has such great potential.
